1 Definitions and Interpretation
In these terms and conditions, the following words carry specific meanings and are used consistently throughout the document.

1.2 "User" or "Member"

Money added to a member's account by a808 under a promotional offer, which cannot be withdrawn directly before specific wagering conditions are met.
2 Eligibility and Age Verification
Meeting the following eligibility conditions is mandatory to open an account and use the platform on a808.
- The user must be at least 21 years of age.
- The user must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited.
- A person may create only one account.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

3 Account Registration and Security
Members must follow the rules below when creating and managing an account on a808.
3.1 Registration Process
At the time of registration, the member must provide a valid email address or mobile number, a strong password, and accurate personal information. Only one account per person is permitted.
3.2 Account Security
- It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
- You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
- Sharing your account with a third party or placing bets on someone else's behalf is prohibited.

3.3 Account Verification
a808 may verify identity at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Certain services may be restricted until this process is completed.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions apply to financial transactions on a808.
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- When making a deposit, payment must be sent from an account registered in the member's name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- A withdrawal request made while active bonus wagering is in progress may result in the bonus being cancelled.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers on a808 are subject to the conditions below. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to these conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example: Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳20,000.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus becomes withdrawable only after completing (real deposit + bonus) × 20 times.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after expiry.
- It is possible to cancel an active bonus and take a new one, but the funds from the cancelled bonus will not be returned.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, proxy IPs, or a VPN will result in bonus cancellation.
- a808 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
a808's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback rate is set for each tier: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, up to 1.1% for Gold, and up to 1.5% for Platinum. Cashback is credited at a set time each week and is not counted as a bonus — it is directly withdrawable.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to betting and gaming on the a808 platform.
6.1 Betting Policy
- You must have sufficient balance in your account before placing any bet.
- A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- a808 reserves the right to void any abnormal result caused by a technical error.
6.2 Game Providers and Fair Play

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on a808. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

8 Account Suspension and Closure
a808 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances.
8.1 Reasons for Suspension
- Identity or age verification is in progress.
- Suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns.
- Temporary self-exclusion at the member's request.
8.2 Reasons for Permanent Closure
- Participation in prohibited activities (see Section 7).
- Providing a false identity or age.
- Evidence of money laundering.
- Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
8.3 Closure at Member's Request
Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn beforehand.
9 Responsible Gaming
